In Zhanhua Port Industrial Park, Asia's largest white corundum smelting furnace is operating efficiently with a powerful capacity of 15,000 KVA, producing an average of 150 tons of ultra-high bulk density white corundum per day. This "super factory" invested and built by Binzhou Qinai New Materials Co., Ltd. not only sets a new global record for the single-furnace production capacity of white corundum, but also drives the high-end abrasive and refractory industry to the forefront of the world.
Dai Yongxin, Operation Director of Binzhou Qinai New Materials Co., Ltd.: "Our smelting furnace has a diameter of 11 meters, and the daily output of a single furnace is 3-5 times the industry average. Currently, we are the first enterprise in China whose monthly output of white corundum exceeds 10,000 tons. In terms of furnace design, we have made breakthroughs in core technologies such as super-large electric arc furnace design and low-energy continuous smelting. The energy consumption per ton has decreased by 10%, the bulk density of ordinary products has increased to more than 3.60 g/cm³, and the bulk density of high-bulk density products has reached more than 3.70 g/cm³. The hardness and strength of the products have increased by 15-20%."
As a leading enterprise with over 40 years of experience in the white corundum industry, Qinai New Materials achieved a white corundum output of over 100,000 tons in 2024, accounting for 15% of the global market share, and has ranked first in China for three consecutive years. Its products are sold to more than 30 countries and regions including Europe, America, Japan and South Korea.

As a key industrial chain project nurtured by our district, Qinai New Materials Co., Ltd. took only 180 days from signing to commissioning, creating the "Zhanhua Speed" for key project construction. The rapid rise of Qinai is inseparable from the strong support of relevant departments and the industrial park.
